A One of a Kind Malt House facility

Our global quest for taste from place led us to Bamberg, Germany, there we met a family who had been making brewing & malting equipment for Bavarians since 1677. 

Installed in late 2024 by a team of German engineers, our state-of-the-art bavarian malting system is the only of its kind in the world, providing an unmatched degree of quality, speed and precision.

With our technological advantage, 3 different malt recipes can be completed within a week, allowing for rapid development of new recipes of niche batch malting barley.

• Our malting system can craft any type of vintage malt, previously unheard of. (CRYSTAL) TRADITIONALLY.

• Our flexible capacity can produce one-off malts for fine production of 10 to 5,000 cases per program. 

• Our malt house is located at one of the highest points in South Australia, allowing it to source some of our cleanest air and water for malting.
