Malt Donkey began with a simple question:
What if barley was treated with the same respect as grapes?
From that idea grew Australia’s first vintage malt house, built on discipline, place and time. We work field to bottle, growing our own grain, malting on-site, and brewing ales designed for structure, length, and the table.
This is malt, done properly, never the same.
